Actually, this is one of the song in Disney's movie, Pinocchio. As you can see, this song is about dreaming, if you truly believe in it, it'll eventually come true. Not that when you do nothing, just mere dream, will make it real. You still have to do something. Give your heart in that dreams. Set your heart and you'll be able to make it real. Voila, your dreams come true.
